To assemble the bench

1. Arrange the components A + B and C + D on the floor.
    Now screw in the 4 Spax screws. Picture 2 and 3
2. Now screw the 160 mm long plate screws into the crossbars. Picture 4, 5 and 6
3. Now screw the feet to the crossbars with the 4 100 mm and 8 80 mm pan head screws.        Picture 7 and 8
4. Now assemble the 2 trestle parts.
5. Screw the 5 O-rings loosely into the cross member.
6. place the upper covers and the lower stabilisers no. 1 and 2
    onto the respective hanger bolts. Fig. 9 and 10
7. Screw the O-rings onto the covers and stabilisers. Picture 11 and 12
    First tighten the 5 O-rings on the cross member, then the 8 other O-rings.
8. Finally, screw on the rubber feet. If the trestle wobbles a little you can compensate with        the washers.
9. Now you can attach the large cushion and the hand and foot parts.
     Do not forget the 2 long body straps.
